Makhana Paneer Curry

🍲 Makhana Paneer Curry (Restaurant Style)

🛒 Ingredients:

  • 2 cup makhana (fox nuts)
  • 200 gm paneer (cubes ma)
  • 2 tbsp oil / butter
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tomato (puree banavelu)
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 10–12 cashew (paste)
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cup milk / water
  • Fresh cream (optional)
  • Coriander garnish mate

👨🍳 Method:

1. Makhana roast karo
Thoda ghee ma makhana ne crispy roast kari lo.

2. Paneer fry (optional)
Paneer ne halka fry kari lo (soft rehva mate skip pan kari sako).

3. Gravy base banavo
Pan ma oil/butter → onion sauté karo → ginger-garlic paste add karo → tomato puree add kari ne 5–7 min cook karo.

4. Masala add karo
Haldi, mirchi, dhana powder, salt add kari mix karo.

5. Richness mate
Cashew paste add karo → pachhi milk / water add kari gravy banavo.

6. Final mix
Paneer + makhana add karo → 5 min slow flame par cook karo.

7. Finish
Garam masala + thodi cream add karo → coriander thi garnish karo.
